Our aims

  •  Provide a safe, nurturing environment where pregnant and postpartum women feel secure/confident to share their experiences, feelings and thoughts freely. Encourage them to build a strong support group, friendships through interaction during classes, which will enable them to support each other during pregnancy and beyond.

  •  Support women to have a better understanding about the physical, emotional and psychological changes and challenges they are going through as their pregnancy progresses and after birth.

  •  Increase awareness of the connection between body and mind throughout fitness, yoga, breathing and relaxation to build women’s self-confidence recovery and strengthen the bond between mother and baby.

  •  Provide women with skills to maintain and increase their physical fitness, strength, flexibility and mobility. This will also be accompanied with breathing techniques for relaxation, better sleep quality, reduce pain, sustained energy for labour, birth, tackle stress and tiredness in the postnatal period.

Mummy & Baby Yoga


Tuesday 11:00am

Focus on the present moment. Among its many benefits, this class helps to improve numerous aspects of your life including exploring your new identity as a mother and boosting your self-esteem while enhancing your physical and mental health. Those who have tried this practice have described feeling more relaxed and more attuned to their baby's needs. Building up a support group enhanced their self-confidence and reduced the sense of isolation.

Pregnancy Yoga


Tuesday 6:00pm

This particular class helps preparing for birth physically and mentally through gentle asanas, breathing / relaxation techniques and labour / birth positions. 
Build a strong pelvic floor to support birth and recovery after. This flow centres around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels and ailments from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to cop with pregnancy, labour and birth.

Our class is a great way to meet other mothers-to-be. We make sure our classes are a calm and supportive place to meet and share. 

Postnatal Fitness


Saturday 9:00am

This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. This gentle workout has many benefits for mothers. This class emphasizes on boosting the mother's physical recovery, paying special attention on strengthening the core muscles, repairing diastasis recti and recovery after caesarean birth.
All of the classes at Fitbump2Fitmum attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind. We also provide plenty opportunities to connect with other mums (private WhatsApp and Facebook groups).

Friday 6:00pm

Gentle pregnancy workout for all trimester with special attention to the pelvic floor and the lower body.
This class also emphasises breathing techniques and positions for labour and birth. All of the classes at Fitbump2Fitmum attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

Baby Massage (course)



This course runs on 5 consecutive Tuesdays. (minimum of 6 babies) 
These sessions provides parents with a skill set to interact with their baby in a loving, nurturing way to strengthen their relationship. Among many benefits it boosts parents confidence and reduces the stress hormone cortisol for both parent and baby. Regular massage improves circulation and growth, also reduce crying. As part of an evening routine improves sleeping.

Childbirth and Parenti education

This particular class helps new parents to prepare for their baby's birth and early parenthood.
Provide information to encourage informed decision making.
Covering stages of labour, birth options, labour and birth positions, breathing and relaxation techniques, pain management, breastfeed etc....
